The illegality of having them is huge, enough that others who have had one or two documents were imprisoned for years.
He lied about having them.
He lied about having them again.
He continues to lie about having them.
He fomented the attack on the Capitol.
He watched the attack on the Capitol for 3 hours.
People told him he needed to stop the attack on the Capitol.
He refused to stop the attack on the Capitol for 3 hours.
People died.
He illegally strong-armed people to overturn a proper election.
He enlisted others to illegally strong-arm people to overturn an election.
He met in private, without any official safeguards, with Putin's buddies. He illegally destroyed the records for those meetings.
He gave wildly different valuation numbers of his assets on his taxes to the numbers he used when applying for loans.
His family has gotten 2 billion plus 1.4 billion dollars, so 3.4 billion dollars, from foreign countries while in office or just out of office.
He used illegal and fraudulent methods to raise funds and illegally bilked unsuspecting donors.
