I almost teared up listening to the winner n how gracious she spoke of her n watching since she was a kid. You can tell shes in awe of Serena n the crowd was gracious, too. Tennis history was made tonight

winning the U.S. Open and at least tying the slam (singles) record. Maybe she will surprise everyone and compete in Australia 2023. Much respect for the GOAT.
