First of all it’s not going to cause inflation. Moody’s and other groups have already said it won’t. The article is garbage.

The main point is to complain that the limit should be higher than $125K for individuals and $250k for couples. Sorry, he had to draw the line somewhere. He’s been roundly criticized for having it too high.
