DeSantis and his "illegal voters" kubuki theater

If somebody goes to vote @ a his or her precinct and if they are legal registered voter then
their vote should by law count and if they are not a registered voter then they are not allowed
to vote on a regular ballot but they might be allowed to vote on a provisional ballot but that
ballot will not count unless the voter can prove they are registered voter.

Good God in butter but Ron DeSantis might be selling a manufactured "illegal voter problem" that to
me looks like made up bullshit. Did DeSantis' illegal voters somehow get registered as legal voters
when they should not have been? This thing stinks on ice. Somebody needs to call out DeSantis
on this crap.

Same goes with mail in ballots because they only send you a mail in ballot aka an absentee
if you are a registered voter.

I hope those "illegal voters" in FL sue the shit out of DeSantis and their county's BOE.

Punish these lawbreakers to the same extent that the lawbreakers in the Villages were punished.

If found guilty of course.

The precedent has been set.

If old white people get off with the equivalent of a hand slap so should the others.

It’s clearly voter intimidation aimed at black people.

6. Yes the voter has to call the BOE and they can look up if he/she is a legal voter ....

....and if so then that vote should be counted. A provisional ballot doesn't have to mean a spoiled
vote it should mean if the person is a registered voter then that vote will count but not with that
days voting .... it should mean it will be counted later.

BTW provisional ballots have been used to decrease the democratic vote total.

9. DeSantis is pushing an old and false story and that is that criminals are voting illegally.

I hope the people who DeSantis is trying to prosecute for "voting illegally" sue the shit out of him.
If they are a legally registered voter then they should be able to vote and have their vote counted
and if they are not eligible to vote because of past crimes then they can't have their vote counted.

Florida under Jeb Bush pulled this stuff in 2000 and removed 50 to 90,000 eligible voters from the
rolls because they were falsely accused of being criminals and that was enough to make it close
enough that the Florida Republicans and the SCOTUS got to declare w bush the winner of the state.

DeSantis is one evil mother fucker who wants to become President of a Fascist America and he
is unburdened by being honest and lawful.

Errors in figuring who can get their right to vote back and who can't under the complex Florida rules for former prisoners.

anyone who thinks that there may be any question about their eligibility to vote can always cast a provisional ballot.

That SHOULD protect them from being criminally charged with voter fraud. (Though I admit that it didn't protect Crystal Mason in TX--I don't know why casting a provisional ballot would EVER be illegal.)
