I called a Company today to complain

About a product I’ve been using for years just quits working halfway through each can.
They said they would send reimbursement coupons back in July on the 20th.
They never came and I called back August 10 again they said they would send them right out.
Called again today~~~ The woman that took my call said mail is very slow🙄

Don’t buy this.
This is a reputable company WD40

Products we have used for years.

Different and inferior ingredients, missing items, faulty performance, etc.

Maybe something to do with supply chain issues, cost of ingredients, shortage of labor??

Last year I ordered a vase from from a well known company, I frequently shop there.
After five months, and no vase, I called and asked it to be re-shipped, which they agreed to do.
That was six months ago. The mail is very slow.....

8. WD 40 is a degreaser, not a lube.

I am an intense road cyclist and my mechanic and I would never spray WD 40 on any part of it. I know people that do and they constantly have wheel bearings and bearing races eroded because the WD 40 removed the grease/lubes.

I am tossing cans that feel like there's almost a quarter can of liquid in them. Wasn't like this about a year ago. Super wasteful and expensive!

Hope you get your coupons soon. 🤗

9. Whipped cream in cans, no matter the brand.

Out of the last five cans, only two had nozzles that remained workable to the end. They came from different stores, too.
Grandkids were highly upset, it's fruit and whipped cream season.
(Yes, I know I can whip some up myself, but I'm working when they're fixing their snacks, and can't leave the meetings to make whipped cream.)

hand spray bottle from Dollar Tree. Much cheaper than those aerosol cans of WD40.
