Why should Trump be treated differently from any other criminal?

That had broken the same laws?

People would have been asking for the death penalty. Especially if it was a Democrat.

Espionage. Treason. Conspiracy against the United States. And many more crimes of less stature.

Why would he be treated differently?

Because he is rich? Because he is a popular politician?

Because he is too smart to be charged by the American justice system?

The fear that a "Twitter War" between his fan club and the rest of the world is something we shouldn't even consider for "the good of the country" is total hogwash.

Let the courts scrutinize his behavior and determine what crimes were committed and what punishments apply. No sympathy for the devil.

Depends upon wealth, political connections, race etc where you fall in the system.

Trump is part of the elite who are always protected
Or will not face the same consequences the rest of us face.

They are under draconian reproductive control while men are not.

And race should be added as well.
One system for whites, one for non whites.

It's essentially the same concerns they had when they arrested Al Capone. Handled poorly it could have easily resulted in a bloodbath... resulting in a groovy but historically inaccurate pop song decades later

I would ask these folks defending him, what do you teach your children? Do you teach them taking something that does not belong to you is OK?
I don’t even want to talk about whether the documents were classified or not. The fact is, they do not belong to you. You do not own the presidency. You did not meet with world leaders because they are your fans. You met with them as Head of state. Any documentation as a result of those meetings, do not belong to you. Some of his defenders are saying that he is being persecuted for his love letters that he kept from Kim Jung Un. - Even if that is the case, that letter does not belong to Donald Trump private citizen. It belongs to the government. It’s as simple as that.
I want to know, if your kid comes home from school with items that does not belong to him/her, do you tell them to keep it or return it? If the parents contact you to let you know, hey your kid took my kid’s stuff, do still not return it?

They are devoid of morals. Sick sense of entitlement that they can do whatever, have whatever without consequences.

Cult leaders can do no wrong. Rape, murder and even leading the faithful to suicide have all long been the hallmarks of the top cult leaders.
