'You Have Cancer': Jared Kushner Reveals in New Memoir He Was Treated For Thyroid Cancer While Servi

Jared Kushner was reportedly treated for thyroid cancer while he was serving in the Trump White House.

Kushner was a senior adviser to his father-in-law president, Donald Trump. The New York Times’ Maggie Haberman reported on Monday that Kushner was treated for cancer in October 2019, which is revealed “in an upcoming memoir set to be published” on Aug. 23. An excerpt of Breaking History: A White House Memoir was given to the Times.

“On the morning that I traveled to Texas to attend the opening of a Louis Vuitton factory, White House physician Sean Conley pulled me into the medical cabin on Air Force One,” wrote Kushner. “‘Your test results came back from Walter Reed,’ he said. ‘It looks like you have cancer. We need to schedule a surgery right away.’”

Kushner wrote that he asked Conley not to “tell anyone — especially my wife or my father-in-law.”

Hardly a veteran or anything. Even civilian government employees don’t have eligibility.

Kushner labeled his cancer as “a personal problem and not for public consumption” and would only tell his wife, Ivanka Trump, acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney and a couple of his aides. He wrote that he didn’t tell the president about it, though his father-in-law eventually found out but apparently didn’t reveal it to others.

Because TFG hates weakness - and cancer is a sign of weakness. If Donny knew, he’d throw that pencil necked geek under the nearest bus.

It was an odd statement because doctors generally aren't the ones to tell your loved ones unless they're there with you.

On his way to the opening of a Louis Vitton factory in Texas, Jared gets the bad news. Had to put a damper on the whole excursion, so much so that Jared only took five "complimentary" bags with him.

Thyroid cancer unless it has spread to other parts of your body is is a pretty simple fix. Remove the thyroid iodine treatment with a few days in the hospital to recover and that’s about it. If they find the cancer has spread to the lymph nodes, and other parts of the body, more to be worried about but if I had to pick a cancer to have, this is the one. The biggest downside is a lifetime od taking synthetic thyroid hormones. That is a pain in the ass as they are somewhat closely regulated by your weight and regular bloodwork.

The Louis Vuitton factory in Texas caught my eye. Is Texas so chock full of low skill workers willing to work for peanuts that this company and others like it are forsaking Bangladesh-Vietnam-China to make their overpriced crap?

How did he manage to squeeze that in, what with his busy schedule of fighting opioid addiction, ending the Covid epidemic, and bringing lasting peace to the Middle East? And how much of a kickback was in it for him - a life time of free bags for his wife?

And FTM, why was he flying on "Air Force One"? Even if he were wasting our tax money flying on the same plane, isn't it only AFO when the actual president is on board?
