Good morning all. It's already been a transformative week for constitutional law. Nine cases still remain to be decided, with more opinions coming a half hour from now.

I'm going to go ahead and throw out the usual ground rules/caveats. The Court does not announce which opinions it will release or how many, so we don't know whether we will get Dobbs today.

Speaking of Katie: She is outside the Supreme Court right now and she reports there are about 100 protesters, on both sides of the abortion debate. There is very heavy police presence.
