I can't stand my governor, but he did one thing I have to give him props for

He (Kemp) got rid of that antiquated, racist, ignorant "citizen's arrest" law.

That is the law quoted by the scumbags who barged their way into Ms. Moss' grandmother's house.

It's also the law quoted by the vermin who hunted down and shot the jogger in Santilla Shores.
