Why isn't he charged with intimidation, courerrsion, or electioneering of some sort?
I haven't heard anything about that so far in the J6 hearings.

(96,820 posts)Because, like Trump, the Georgia Grand Jury is still investigating, and the Fulton County Prosecutor isn't going to rush an indictment on the timeline that the blogosphere demands.

(96,820 posts)Its to investigate and prosecute ANY violations of Georgia election law.
That said, it'll be a lot harder to prosecute Graham for two reasons:
1) he wasn't one of the candidates in Georgia.
2) he wasn't an official in Georgia with any clout to impose.
