Do they think the government gave them all that war-fighting gear so they could play dress-up while children are being murdered? Get in there, fuckers! Do your job. Do your duty.

The problem is, they WERE doing their job. It’s just that their job isn’t what you think it is. You’d imagine their job would be to save kids being murdered by an armed gunman. But it’s not. Their actual job is to save the cops. To make sure all the cops are safe. Ask a cop. If he answers honestly, he’ll tell you that’s Job One.

So what kind of hero do you want? The kind who rushes in and subdues a man who is murdering children? Or the kind who hangs back, more worried about his own safety?

Arming teachers? Won't work.

Putting a single entrance at a school? Won't work.

Snipers on the roof? Won't work.

Having cops everywhere? Won't work.

Giving kids bulletproof backpacks? Won't work.

Charging at a guy armed with an AR-15? Won't work.

The only thing that will stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun? Yeah right, there were 19 "good guys with guns" and none of them could stop the bad guy with a gun!

So yeah until you provide real solutions and stop living in Dirty Harry / Rambo la la fantasy land, it's time to put up or shut up, conservatives.
