Everybody knows you can't allow control of a person's life to the person living it. One must consult the bible fairy. Surely, you're not advocating that all the little people storing their bible-defined guilt under their pillows for the bible fairy to fix should be disappointed. You must be careful. If you're not careful, all the little Christians might, one day, come out onto the streets gnashing their guilty little teeth and lay waste to everything they don't want to think about.

that the reason that conservatives hate abortion is because the fetus might be male. You can abort a female any time you want, but Heaven Help You if you would abort a male fetus!!!!!

And the author of the piece narrowed his focus of the argument to the one stated; Bodily Autonomy.

Personally, I think one of the primary driving forces of the white conservatives opposition to abortion is and always has been their knowledge that they represent a shrinking demographic. Thirty three percent of abortions are performed on white women. They want that to be zero. They don’t really care that black and Hispanic women get the procedure, but if no one got one, it would mean more white children.

It's like how we handle immigration. Immigration from Europe is okay, but immigration from Mexico or China is a problem. That's what a lot of our social problems come down to, keeping the white majority.
