If a minor male child impregnates a female, the parents of that minor male should be on the hook for all child support.
From conception.
But, mainly, even when Roe gets overturned, and we all commit ourselves to electing Democrats, I can't see how they can get around a private choose between a woman and her doctor.

- be assassinated in their schools
But God forbid the government should step in and ensure that child thrives and lives up to their potential.

(2,636 posts)How many times have you been asked when your conception day is? How many big conception day surprise parties have yo attended? No one celebrated My dad banged my mom day, but everyone celebrates their BIRTHdays.
It's not about children, babies, or pregnancies. It's about keeping women in line, and ultimately, out of the workforce.
The 1950s are as dead as the 1850s, and I refuse to go back.

(12,039 posts)Paternity is easy to prove with DNA.
If women are forced to give birth, the fathers should be forced to support the child until he's 18.
Algernon Moncrieff
(5,798 posts)DNA testing is cheap and scientifically reliable. Paternity can be proven beyond reasonable doubt.
If you are the father (or the parent of the father) you are on the hook for:
- 50% of all medical expenses incurred by the mother for the birth. Your being on the hook for half does not imply that you get any say in her choice of provider or the services provided. C-section, anesthesia, and NICU are all possibly contemplated here.
- State mandated child support as long as the law demands. Usually that is until the child is 18. However, if the child has a disability that leads to parental guardianship beyond 18, you remain on the hook past 18. None of this financial responsibility implies visitation or custody rights.
