Since when are crimes excused just because you are a stupid, ignorant, racist asshole?

Pay no attention to Crazy Uncle Donald. He's just cleaning up stuff, up in the attic. He talks to himself a lot.

He can't be held accountable for what he says or does, because everybody expects him to act like he does. They just look the other way because they are embarrassed.

He doesn't have the "intent" to commit crimes. That's just the way he is.

machine. Listening to Chuck you have to prove intent and that is practicly impossible. The way he talked TFG can't be charged with anything unless TFG confesses in writing with three witnesses.
