Don't expect the process to be simple or quick.

At the time, the audio was shocking: President Donald Trump had been recorded pressuring Georgias Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to find 11,780 votes.
On Monday, more than a year later, prosecutors in Fulton County, Georgia, will begin the process of selecting a special grand jury to gather information about whether that call, and Trumps other actions in Georgia, violated laws against election interference.
The jury selection process will kick off amid recent reports that a separate grand jury in New York has fizzled after six months without bringing any charges against the former president.

(15,650 posts)I dont think the GJ is expected to actually convene and begin hearing witnesses until June.
Of all the crimes Trump could potentially be indicted for, the ones in Georgia have the best odds for indictment IMO.

(5,849 posts)The comment that "a separate grand jury in New York has fizzled after six months without bringing any charges against the former president" is fucking ridiculous.
These are not the same crimes. Not even close.

(21,379 posts)tell me it's too hard to prove criminal intent against Trump because he actually believes he won the state of Georgia, even though his lawyers and AG have told him otherwise.

(5,849 posts)Ask them that.
If he won, he wouldn't have pressured election officials to manufacture votes.
