Many of them (as acknowledged) having been heavily involved in getting the ACA through the sausage-making and over the finish line. In fact, in one of the scenes after the speeches, I saw who I think was Tom Harkin there (also shown in that last pic), who was one of the architects of the ACA after taking over the Chairmanship of the Senate HELP (Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions) Committee when they lost Ted Kennedy.
