50. "God's Not Dead"
Mon Apr 4, 2022, 04:16 AM
Apr 2022
God's Not Dead is a 2014 American Christian drama film directed by Harold Cronk and starring Kevin Sorbo, Shane Harper, David A. R. White, and Dean Cain. The film was released theatrically on March 21, 2014, by Pure Flix Entertainment.[4]

Written by Cary Solomon and Chuck Konzelman, and based on Rice Broocks' book God's Not Dead: Evidence for God in an Age of Uncertainty, the film follows a Christian college student (Harper) whose faith is challenged by an atheist philosophy professor (Sorbo), who declares God a pre-scientific fiction. It received mostly negative reviews, but grossed over $62 million on a $2 million budget.[3] The film was criticized for using straw man arguments and common stereotypes of atheists, instead of any actual debate.[4][5][6][7]

The film was followed by the films God's Not Dead 2 (2016), God's Not Dead: A Light in Darkness (2018), and God's Not Dead: We The People (2021).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God%27s_Not_Dead_%28film%29

I don't know if he was involved the sequels, but it was panned both by atheists and thinking Christians. Or:

Let There Be Light is a 2017 American Christian drama directed by and starring Kevin Sorbo and written by Dan Gordon and Sam Sorbo. The plot follows an atheist who goes through a near-death experience in an auto accident and converts to Christianity. Sean Hannity executive produced and appears in the film.[4] Dionne Warwick and Travis Tritt also have roles in the film.[5] It was released in the United States on October 27, 2017.
...
On review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, the film has an approval rating of 30% based on 10 reviews, with an average rating of 4/10.[9] Some reviewers question the accuracy of the film's claims and claim the characters in the film are strawmen. Dan Piepenbring, writing for the New Yorker, described the film as "a cynical, xenophobic morality tale, as bitter as it is saccharine."[10] Conversely, the film has also been cited as a "warm redemption tale" that is "above-average for the [Christian film] genre".[11][12]

Nick Adams (born Nicholas Aloysius Adamshock, July 10, 1931 – February 7, 1968) was an American film and television actor and screenwriter. He was noted for his roles in several Hollywood films during the 1950s and 1960s along with his starring role in the ABC television series The Rebel (1959–1961). Decades after Adams' death from a prescription drug overdose at the age of 36, his widely publicized friendships with James Dean and Elvis Presley would stir speculation about both his private life and the circumstances of his death. In an AllMovie synopsis for Adams' last film, reviewer Dan Pavlides wrote, "Plagued by personal excesses, he will be remembered just as much for what he could have done in cinema as what he left behind."

the tweeter is this one

Nick Adams (born Nicholas Adamopoulos) is an Australian-born American conservative political commentator and author. Adams came to public attention on March 3, 2017, when Donald Trump made favorable comments and tweets about his work, notably a tweet promoting Adam's book Green Card Warrior and a second tweet on August 25, 2017 promoting his book Retaking America.
