Wouldn't it have been great if the Repubs had been as interested in the 9/11 attacks as they are

about Benghazi, and what Pres. Bush, Sec'y Rice and all knew, or should've known, about THAT impending attack? What they could've done to prevent it?
If Fox News had been interested in the intelligence breakdown then?

Oh hell no, that wasn't going to happen. Sickening hypocrites.

can square this disconnect. Do they really have a different objective reality than we do? Republicans were in total control of our government on 9/11 and Katrina. And do these people really think this party will be any better at governing this time? Seriously? Republicanism is all about private service. Public servants need not apply.

the attacks, it would have been an investigation which would have been on LIVE TV.

Witness the "argument" - "Uhhhh, Clinton had the chance to have Osama bin Laden's head on a platter, but he was too busy getting a b*owjob ..."

(aside from the fact that any attacks on terrorists ordered by Clinton were PUBLICLY denounced as trying to divert attention away from the really important issues, like whether or not he was sleeping around ...)

Apparently, Fox is running a story (they're sure ONLY Fox is covering it because everyone else is in the tank for Obama) about Obama watching the attack in real time via a military drone, and personally marines to stand down. They're showing a pic of a private security contractor killed, not a marine. Of course, It is all entirely Obama's fault. And ONLY Fox is reporting it.

I mentioned the huge amount of time Bush did nothing while the second jet was flying down the Hudson, then jets three and four into D.C. and PA. While W was reading My Pet Goat. I dared ask why they didn't demand his impeachment, why they weren't calling him such vile names.

Of course, no answers...just that I was vile scum, too.
