permitted RU mobs and Putin to offload their wealth into Western assets.

Zelensky has repeatedly mentioned the inaction of The West, now and t before the war, in imposing more restrictions on Russian financial transactions permitting this offloading…but The West wants to hear no part of it.

The Putin Squatters are being very inconvenient to the widespread muzzling of these facts..
