I'm sorry but I'm not putting in an excerpt but what we are allowed does not really even give a taste of what is here. Like a lot on emptywheel, it is a bit dense... Hard to get at what is going on but what the bullet points look like to me is:

1 - Charge enhancements to Joshua James that imply intent.

2 - Lots of more solid evidence of the conspiracy.

3 - Evidence that will get others to flip.

4 - Attorneys being involved that will negate their attorney/client privilege.

5 - Firm belief TFG was going to call on them without explicitly saying how they came to believe this.

6 - A lot left unsaid to make others beyond the 10 remaining seditionists worry.

This flip looks to be a big deal. I know, I know... Until TFG is arrested many still do not believe Garland is pursuing this seriously. It sure as hell looks like he is to me though.

1. Joshua James is a low level soldier of an idiot army.

I doubt that he has anything but rhetoric and rumor to add to the case against the Generals. His star may burn brightly for a moment and disappear with a whimper. Wait for it.

Have you anything to back up your claim? Why do you think Garland is pursuing this if the guy has nothing?

3. Garland Is Taking a Systematic Approach.

That's probably the only way to proceed successfully, I think. I think, too, that we probably shouldn't be second-guessing him. It's a complex situation, and we don't have all of the information.
