Major Banks, Governmental Officials and Their Comrade Capitalists Targets of Spire Law Group, LLP's Racketeering and Money Laundering Lawsuit Seeking Return of $43 Trillion to the United States Treasury

NEW YORK, Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Spire Law Group, LLP's national home owners' lawsuit, pending in the venue where the "Banksters" control their $43 trillion racketeering scheme (New York) - known as the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History and identifying $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000,000.00) of laundered money by the "Banksters" and their U.S. racketeering partners and joint venturers - now pinpoints the identities of the key racketeering partners of the "Banksters" located in the highest offices of government and acting for their own self-interests.

In connection with the federal lawsuit now impending in the United States District Court in Brooklyn, New York (Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML) - involving, among other things, a request that the District Court enjoin all mortgage foreclosures by the Banksters nationwide, unless and until the entire $43 trillion is repaid to a court-appointed receiver - Plaintiffs now establish the location of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000,000.00) of laundered money in a racketeering enterprise participated in by the following individuals (without limitation): Attorney General Holder acting in his individual capacity, Assistant Attorney General Tony West, the brother in law of Defendant California Attorney General Kamala Harris (both acting in their individual capacities), Jon Corzine (former New Jersey Governor), Robert Rubin (former Treasury Secretary and Bankster), Timothy Geitner, Treasury Secretary (acting in his individual capacity), Vikram Pandit (recently resigned and disgraced Chairman of the Board of Citigroup), Valerie Jarrett (a Senior White House Advisor), Anita Dunn (a former "communications director" for the Obama Administration), Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn and Chief Legal Counsel for the Obama Re-election Campaign), as well as the "Banksters" themselves, and their affiliates and conduits. The lawsuit alleges serial violations of the United States Patriot Act, the Policy of Embargo Against Iran and Countries Hostile to the Foreign Policy of the United States, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly known as the RICO statute) and other State and Federal laws.

If they are criminals, they are criminals folks, let's not discriminate or protect 'our' criminals.

Geitner was Bush's guy. These are cross party criminals.

Goldman Sachs are still ripping us off every day by gaming the commodities market that they named after themselves- the GSCI

Goldman Sachs is THE reason your food prices are so high. What they are doing on our stock market is responsible for causing the starvation of millions across the globe. These bastards need to go down.

President Obama stepped on this pile of dog doo.

He didn't crap it.

I don't care for how this puts focus on the post Bush executive branch. The legislative and judicial branches need to answer for their own roles in this as well as the previous Presidential administration. Indeed this can go back at least a decade or more.

In my opinion, it was the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act that led to this.

The three men that introduced this legislation, Sen. Phil Gramm (R, Texas), Rep. Jim Leach (R, Iowa), and Rep. Thomas J. Bliley, Jr. (R, Virginia) as well as the President that signed it in to law, Bill Clinton, set up the precursors for this mess.

There is no doubt that corrupt, powerful leaders in our financial institutions took advantage of the law and should be held accountable, but the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act created the circumstances where this could happen without proper transparency.

During debate in the House of Representatives in 1999, Rep. John Dingell (Democrat of Michigan) argued that the bill would result in banks becoming "too big to fail." Dingell further argued that this would necessarily result in a bailout by the Federal Government.

Our government leadership knew this was possible and they still bowed to the 1% and let it happen. Now, we are inches away from electing the poster child for money laundering and tax evasion as President.

We are collectively stupid. 2008 wasn't a wake up call. There is a chance that we are about to give the combination to the vault away....again.

The language used is rather bizarre, imo, "Their Comrade Capitalists" and "Banksters" given their clientele:

This isn't about Democrats and Republicans. This is about the 99% being ripped off by the psychopaths at the top. I wouldn't be surprised if this poor man's children weren't killed as punishment for his refusing to spike the story about this lawsuit. The lawsuit seems bizarre, but does anyone not believe that the criminal elite wouldn't resort to murder?

Sure, the right wing are going to make a big deal about this, as if their boy Romney isn't one of these silver spoon psychopaths himself. Both parties are infiltrated and have been for a very long time. The last president who crossed these people got his brains sprayed all over the streets of Dallas. If Obama even dreamed about taking these guys on, they'd kill him, whether with a bullet or a fast acting poison that mimics a heart attack.

These people at the top have rigged the entire economic system through the Federal Reserve, the New York Stock Exchange, the major banks, and the biggest industries in America and the world so that they can own everything. They want us all enslaved.

The nanny may have been placed in the house in order to try to spy on Mr. Krim. She could have been under mind control when she murdered those children.

Think it's impossible? That's what they're counting on.

By the way, try finding that story on the CNBC web site. It's gone now.

The problem with criminal law enforcement is that are is that they don't enforce the law when it comes to their own crimes.

The Greatest Robbery in History has already been declared off-limits. Once again, I really hope I'm wrong.

after paying off the debt and fully funding social security for the next hundred years, we can give everyone their homes back, give some to Europe for the damage Goldman Sachs has done over there, then fully fund Africa's infrastructure so that they can mine their own resources and kick the corporations out. We would still have some left over...

It is a press release by the Spire Law Group which used to be the Mitchell J Stein & Associates until they were accused of mortgage fraud:

State Raids Local Law Firms Accused of Mortgage Fraud
The firms involved are Kramer & Kaslow, Mesa Law Group Corp, Mitchell J Stein & Associates and Encino-based lawyer Christopher Van Son.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- California has broken up what it called a ring of law firms that fraudulently induced struggling homeowners nationwide to pay thousands of dollars each to file mass lawsuits against their mortgage lenders.

Kamala Harris, the state's attorney general, said on Thursday she sued three law firms, four lawyers and 14 other companies and individuals who preyed on borrowers desperate to obtain mortgage relief.

She said these defendants took advantage of borrowers' frustration with lenders and servicers in a housing crisis now in its fifth year and which hit California particularly hard.

They are the Calabasas-based firm Kramer & Kaslow and its principal Philip Kramer, who officials called the leader of the scheme; Costa Mesa-based Mesa Law Group Corp and its principal Paul Petersen; Walnut Creek- and Agoura Hills-based Mitchell J Stein & Associates and its principal Mitchell Stein; and the Encino-based lawyer Christopher Van Son.

Here is a link showing the the change from Mitchell J Stein & Associates to Spire Law Group:

As of April, 2012, the California Secretary of State and the California State Bar, ratified and approved the name change of Mitchell J. Stein & Associates LLP to Spire Law Group, LLP. The Firm is now known as Spire Law Group, LLP.

Has she been fighting for California's homeowners?

Is she doing anything now?

Because this group is trying to help, and they are not asking for money, they are pursuing a class action suit to help homeowners.
