Ukrainian authorities report “dozens of civilians were killed and hundreds more were wounded” in today’s attack on Kharkiv.

Russia fired rocket artillery against residential areas.

This was banned in the 1949 Geneva Convention and amounts to a war crime

they could cakewalk into Ukraine and force them into a quick surrender. Now they are resorting to war crime tactics.

Instead of ordering attacks only on military positions they are willy nilly bombarding and killing the population. This is the same disregard the old USSR and the KGB had when dealing with civilians they were trying to keep subservient.
