He also could be battling dementia, and some types could cause disastrous consequences for us all. It attacks the brain that can cause many issues. Delusions, hallucinations, inability to think rationally, and worse.

Being secretive about one's overall health leads to speculation. Parkinson's is definitely a Neurological disorder where there is visible shaking of the hands, slurred speech, shuffling rather than walking, not having solid balance when standing.

We can speculate TDFG has serious health issues due to his lifestyle in regards to women, diet, and parental heredity. He has not been very transparent about that at all. Ronny Jackson's assessment of his health was a total joke.

TFG is not in office starting a war, Putin is. Also dementia can make delusional thinking and actions responsible for erratic behavior.

Some patients start thinking that everybody is out to get them (poison them, etc). But I don't think there is any solid evidence Putin has it. It's speculation from tabloids a couple of years back.
