Presumably Durham still has a job, even though he's in violation

of Justice Dept policies of never speaking publicly about allegations/investigations which are never charged?

You know... to protect the innocent?

Is he fired yet? Or am I incorrect about this policy?

Seems like that's what we're always told... but maybe I need to go to Law School to get this right?

Editing to add: Does Hillary finally have grounds to level a lawsuit against the Government for defamation damages etc?

just a matter of time before the right wing media machine convinces the "liberal" MSM that this story should be the focus of the daily news cycle because, you know, sedition is "legitimate political discourse", so yesterday, and not worthy of coverage.
