Well, we can put aside the fact that Rogan got his start playing a Rush Limbaugh wanabee on a TV Sitcom.

But what hate radio has done, is turn racism, fascism, misogyny, white supremacy, misinformation and cruelty into noble pursuits.

Racism, fascism, misogyny and white supremacy have been normalized, as long as they can get you a 2 Share on an AM Radio Station..

Maybe we could look at who got their start in Hate Radio, begin with Mike "Fucking" Pence and go all the way down the tree to your local Dogcatcher.

As long as you said; "I was joking", or "it's just entertainment", you could normalize everything from calling a women a "slut", to playing that "funny" ditty "Barack the Magic Negro".

I am white and I don't know why other white people who are racist want to tell me racist jokes. It always leads to a confrontation. I call them out and they start stumbling around trying to pretend it's funny. They usually leave apologizing for offending me.

Not letting white racist get away with jokes that belittle other people is part of not being a racist. It is an important part. A racist joke is not ok. You have to point it out to the racist every time. You can't let them get away with it. So Rogan telling racist jokes is not an excuse....it is still racism.

And yeah, saying the full N word is racist no matter how you cut it. I'm sorry but even in an educational system it comes across racist and makes me flinch. Thank God I don't listen to that idiot Rogan. Why would anyone?
