6. All right! He's toughened up the Vanessa Guillen act he signed in December

after congress passed it as part of the defense bill. I wasn't paying close attention, but seemingly there was resistance in congress to requiring independent investigations and criminalizing...crimes, and our margin is currently too narrow for liberal ideals to always prevail.

Predators need to be afraid and stopped. Innocent people on all sides of this need to be protected.
