The town SSW of around 5,000 has only one, but it's dead center of town. Hardly anybody lives more than a mile & a half away.
They want one for an entire county?
Gee, I wonder why.

(5,586 posts)I live in Atlanta, and had never heard of Lincoln County before.
I looked it up, and they have a grand total population of 7,690 people. 67.5% of them are white, 27.5% of them are black, 3% are other.
