Local Fox affiliate calls it a tie..

KPTV Portland Oregon, reported on the regular 10 pm news that since CNN called it 48-42 for President Obama, and since there's a 4% margin of error, therefore it's a tie. Try to get your head around that pretzel. On second thought, don't.
