seeing these Yosemite Sam looking sheriffs of counties with about 10K people and the jackass has a five star pin on his collar like a WW2 general and a chest full of ribbons.

Trump's 'black' sheriff (as opposed to 'Sheriff Joe!') who caught some 'questions' regarding his chest full of 'ornaments' when he spoke at IQ45's convention in 2016:

But he made nearly 50 combat assaults by helicopter into hot landing zones and spent over 3 weeks at times in the bush-from what I've read even rock and rollers in the places you mentioned returned to FOBs at night...

And they didn't return to their FOBs every night. Combat is different in any scenario. To say that Vietnam vets are superior to Iraq and Afghanistan vets is just wrong.

I'm guessing you're not a combat vet or even a veteran. So be it.

My nephew did several years on submarines. Of course he qualified and got his dolphins. They don't mess around with qualifying... If you don't qualify, you WILL qualify. After getting out he joined the Army reserve for a couple of years. He wasn't sure about wearing his dolphins because you don't see many Army guys with them. Then he finally saw a sergeant with dolphins. If you earned it, you wear it.

Some Police organizations are allowing their officers to wear their military decorations on their uniforms. I've never been a cop or a soldier, but this seems wrong on both a military and law enforcement persperctive. If they demonstrate exemplary qualifications or performance let the Police issue their own ribbons forn that. Military ribbons only belong on military uniforms.

My .02 worth.
