basically stop making easy money.
The rise of Trump was at least in part caused by the media and their ability to make money by running 24 hour stories about that ass. Good or bad, it didn't matter.
It appears that is less true now than it was 5 or 6 years ago, but it still brings in money, and most of them care little about anything else.

Myself included.

It's difficult to look away from the dumpster fire that is Trump, but if we could, his ugly presence might be diminished.

TFG, MTG, McCarthy, Gaetz, McConnell, on and on. Steve Bannon said he's going to make millions off his indictment.

Take away their enabling press, and it would probably shut them up.
