(16,200 posts)Appreciated his music and activism. I look in my mirror and dont see much change but, Hey! I can relate. I think my generation..as other generations do..think our music was the best. A quick story..He was coming to my town and my friend was more of a fan than I was..no tickets. Somehow, she got a fake cast for her leg n tickets for front row seats as a disabled person. I was young but still not sure how this was gonna turn out. She hopped on that cast all night to the music n we hobbled to my car still in character. The most..or one of the most outrageous things Ive ever done. We could see his eyelashes.. every time I hear his music..I smile🤗. Dont mean to offend..

He has been sterling forever.

(5,670 posts)The facility was the subject of controversy and protests, during both its construction and operations, including nearly two thousand civil disobedience arrests in a two-week period in 1981.
(Considering how small the area was, that was an amazing protest size.)

(261 posts)He appeared with James Taylor. The original date of the concert was for May of 2020, and after the concert was postponed again in May of 2021, I wondered if we would ever get to attend this concert. Both men sang and sang, and it was fantastic. They sang "Take it Easy" together. I could have listened forever.

(182 posts)after a show at the Tivoli Theater. He was so pleasant to talk with and allowed me to take a selfie with him. He is without a doubt the most profound songwriter of my generation, and his songs have been a part of my life since I was 14.

(1,285 posts)with James Taylor. They were both great and JT came out at end of JBs sets and they played together and then JB joined JT for the encores.
JB is still hawt.
The average age of the concert goers was probably 70.
