They don't cover every speech by BHO, 41, 43, or WJC, in real time. (I don't know that Carter is still giving speeches.)
This event was no more than a speech by an ex-POTUS. If they don't cover them live for all 6, all the time, there was no good reason to have covered this propagandizing hate fest.

(65,611 posts)A guy giving a speech seems a very different thing than covering marches with thousands of people pursuing an or more specific issues.
I get where you're going, but I think there are gradations as to what needs to be covered, what needs to be in realtime, and how said programming is promoted ahead of time.
Also, look at the promo. It says "Campaign 2024". What campaign?
It's not like they need to be chasing ratings.

All these irk me no end, though I get it that such are readily available as they're financed conservative big money, such as Koch Bros., etc.
Democrat or even nonPartisan groups don't have the money to put on these programs continuously.
