Allow me to explain in Republicanese:
When you get a text with far to many inaccuracy's to have been written by someone being careless with they're grammar, chance's are that there not making any mistake's at all. Their just writing in Republicanese. Republicanese has it's own grammar, and its different from English in many weighs.
