Mitt Romney has double digit lead over President Obama in Missouri (Rasmusen)

Source: KSDK

St. Louis (KSDK) - With just two and a half weeks until Election Day, a Rasmussen Reports survey shows Romney now has a double digit lead over President Obama in Missouri.

Of those surveyed, 54 percent favor Romney, while 43 percent favor Obama.

Four percent are undecided or like another candidate.

On Friday, the candidates made appearances in key battleground states. President Obama campaigned in Virginia, while Mitt Romney headed south, to drum up support in Florida.

Rasmusen had it single digits just a few weeks ago and shows McCaskil ahead of the rape expert by 8? What explains the large increase?

It's probably closer with "registered voters", not close enough to waste valuable $ in when other states can be won more easily

.... Indiana, Missouri, Arizona, and maybe Georgia .... make Romney defend home turf and
Romney's support w/ the right wing christians is kind of weak too. Push the meme that
Romney makes $450,000 per week in interest and much of that money is from his investments
in China making products that we used to make here.
