(3,396 posts)but I'd love to see her try to color inside the lines in a 2nd grade test.

(25,337 posts)She appears to be of average intelligence.
Her morals and motives are questionable, but that's a different issue.

(34,051 posts)she studied for the ged, or even brushed up on what she was going to be tested for
btw--i consider her to be below average intelligence

(1,568 posts)However, totally checks out if true. I am often amazed at the stupid stuff that comes from her. I am certain its not just a front either. She truly is as shallow and dense as she presents.

(23,954 posts)how many times have the GQP pulled baseless shit out of their asses to hurl at our representatives? I don't see them get all worked up over standards of evidence and such, because what they do works for them.
If it's not the case, Rep. Boebert has the same recourse to slander-prevention as any other public figure: show that the allegation is false and prove it's distributed maliciously rather than in error.
> this is useless information.
not at all. It looks to me like a non-fantastical unexceptional allegation that may hurt her in her re-election bid next year. Not all useful information comes with direct proof.

That's my theory.

Republicans dont like educated people. Educated people make them feel like they might not be superior after all.

(205,405 posts)Jimmy Carter was a nuclear physicist, Bill Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar, Barack Obama was a Constitutional scholar and Joe Biden not only had a law degree, but he'd served 30 years in the Senate and 8 years in the Executive Branch, has to be our most experienced POTUS ever. Sounds like Democrats prefer leaders who are likely smarter than they are - which makes perfect sense to me!

(33,147 posts)The GED covers: Science, Math, Language Arts, and Social Studies. None of which is even remotely in BD Boebert's ballpark.
There's only one way to find out...
Challenge her to take it again.
