And it is only because of the wit & wisdom of Joe Biden, that he has gotten this much accomplished at all, & successfully so.

The Clinton > Bush transition was delayed in 2000 and there were plenty of articles suggesting that delay caused an intelligence gap/delay for the incoming Bush admin. Many of these opinions posited that this delay contributed to the 9/11 intelligence failure.
Richard Clark in his transition to the Bush Administration warned about the Bin Laden. The Bush family was friendly with the Bin Laden's.

Would that be the security report that Bush ignreportthe one about terrorists likely to use planes in an attack on the US?

Bill Clinton was obsessed with preventing terrorist attacks as the threats grew. He cooperated in the transition. He warned Bush during the transition that the prevention of terrorist attacks was likely to become his main priority and occupy most of his time.

Bush ignored that advice.

Trump should have informed the Biden administration that this was coming. Trump essentially set him up.

Trump knew that Biden would be dealing with Covid for these 8 months and hoped that Biden would be distracted.

This disasters is all Trumps fault.

It makes me fear what other surprises Trump has waiting for Biden and us.
