They are a vicious lot and totally unyielding. We lost half our retirement paying for my hip replacement and subsequent loss of job after the GW’s housing collapse and recession.

But we didn’t let it to wreck our dream of retiring to Costa Rica. Although we are renters instead of home owners.

due to chronic health problem, this is my third fmla in ten years. They paid the first time. Refused me the 2nd time, I got a lawyer who eventually won me 2/3 of 70% of my paycheck.
