Well, guess what morons? I think you should run with that idea. Next time, find the most severe Conservative you can, and run him against Dean, or Biden, or Warren, or Hillary(with Bill for a bonus) for President. You will STILL fail. Would you like to know why? Because what you want is IMPOSSIBLE. You want a conservative real enough to be called a conservative by your side, AND you want that person to be smart enough and savvy enough to wrangle the Liberal Media over to your side with nothing but PR, professional Spin, and Charm, AND you want that person to believe ENOUGH in the Power and Usefulness of the Public Sector and Government to actually think the job is worth having. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. You think any of your Tea Party clowns can do it? You think Louie "You Lie" Gohmert has that kind of intelligence? You think Jack "I owe my wife 200,000+ in back child support" Walsh is the kind of Family Values guy that can convince the people that he should get that job? The ONLY Conservatives who possess everything you need are guys like Limbaugh and Beck, and guess what? They are all so good AT BEING CONSERVATIVES, THAT THEY DON'T WANT THE JOB. Like all supremely competent practitioners of your ideology, their GREED prevents them from helping you out. They will NEVER take that job, for they are The Supermen. They are the Masters, they are the Makers, and they owe no allegiance to Country or People, and if you think that's wrong of them, YOU are the ones not understanding what REAL Conservatism is all about. Public (see SOCIAL) Service is for others, it's for the SMALL people. Government Job? Fuck you, I'm RICH. It's not in their Personal Interest to take a pay cut. That it IS a pay cut is testament to how GOOD at being Conservative they really ARE. It's not your fault, guys, it's just Religion for your side that by the time you actually acquire the skills needed to BECOME the Savior, you see no need to use those skills on behalf of others, for the learned ideology ITSELF teaches you NOT to do so.
Romney and MAYBE Santorum are the best you've got. They will both lose. Your Political and Personal beliefs prevent those who CAN win from ever doing so on your behalf.
So go ahead and find that "Real Conservative". Run them. It will be fun watching that person destroy themselves in front of the American Electorate, and do so in such spectacular fashion, that even the Right-Wing, "Unbiased" media will have to admit that he was a fuck-up. Only next time, unlike Jr., they won't have the "he wasn't Conservative enough" meme to fall back on. He will be YOUR GUY, YOUR CHOSEN ONE, and, I promise you, he will be dumb enough to fuck it up ALL ON HIS OWN. I promise, by the time 2020 rolls around, you guys WILL OWN this failed ideology you have been peddling for 30 years, the American People will MAKE you do it. So go ahead. Find that fucker.
