Sheriff: Arrest in slaying of 3 men found at a golf course
July 8, 2021
KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) Authorities announced the arrest of a man Thursday in connection with the killing of three men found shot to death on the golf course of a suburban Atlanta country club.
Cobb County sheriffs deputies and U.S. marshals arrested Bryan Rhoden more than 25 miles (40 kilometers) from where the slain men were discovered Saturday, Cobb County Sheriffs Office spokeswoman Saba Long told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
No further information on the arrest was immediately available. It was not immediately clear what Rhoden was being charged with.
Police say golf pro Eugene Siller was gunned down Saturday when he went to find out why a white pickup truck had driven onto the 10th green at Pinetree Country Club in Kennesaw, northwest of Atlanta.

OP
If it's the same guy as from 2016, how is he out of jail in time to kill three people in 2021?

ATLANTA Two teenagers were shot during what police said was a drug deal in a Georgia State University dormitory parking lot in downtown Atlanta Monday evening. One other person was taken into custody by authorities in the incident.
Georgia State University Police Deputy Chief Carlton Mullis said Shelton Torance Flournoy II, 19 and Jalyn Isaiah Knight, 18 drove parked their blue Honda Accord in the parking lot of the dormitory.
Then, Mullis said, armed GSU student Bryan Rhoden came out of the dorm and walked up to the car to sell the two people inside the car one pound of marijuana. The driver of the car, Flournoy, was also armed. Rhoden, Mullis said, got into the back seat of the car.
There was an argument and the student and the driver shot each other. Flournoy was shot three times, Rhoden was shot once. Both were transported to Grady Memorial Hospital and are in serious condition.

(12,000 posts)3. There was also a Bryan Rhoden from Atlanta arrested Aug 2020 for felony evading police in Indiana.
MONTICELLO An Atlanta, Georgia, man who was arrested following a high-speed chase in White and Tippecanoe counties has been released from the White County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
Bryan Rhoden faces a Level 6 felony of resisting law enforcement, as well as aggressive driving, a Class A misdemeanor, and reckless driving, a Class C misdemeanor in White County. He faces an additional charge of reckless driving in a work zone, a Class A misdemeanor, in Tippecanoe County.
Reports have been submitted to the White County Prosecutors Office, and one is waiting to be filed with the Tippecanoe County Prosecutors Office. Initial hearings have not yet been held.
According to an Indiana State Police report, at approximately 6:44 p.m. Friday, Aug. 21, Rhoden was driving a black Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk when he passed Indiana State Police Trooper Mason Wiley southbound on Interstate 65 near the 191 mile marker in White County. The Jeep was traveling in excess of 100 mph, according to Wiley.
As Wiley caught up to the Jeep and initiated a traffic stop, Rhoden fled from the scene, according to an ISP report. Wiley pursued the vehicle for approximately three miles before it was terminated after reaching speeds of 150 miles per hour with heavy traffic conditions.
According to the ISP, Trooper Corey Brown observed the Jeep pass him near the 177 mile marker in Tippecanoe County, still going more than 100 miles per hour. Rhodens vehicle traveled into a heavy traffic area, where he began to pass on the right shoulder, near the location where Sgt. Larry Mote was stationed. Mote was traveling southbound in the right lane, near the 176 mile marker, which is in the vicinity of a construction zone site just before the Wabash River Bridge.
Rhoden failed to notice the lane shift and the end of the shoulder, causing him to cut across both lanes of traffic, striking the temporary barrier wall, the ISP reported. The Jeep once again cut back across both lanes of traffic. This time, Rhodens Jeep struck a guard rail and the bridge parapet before coming to rest.
