Melania Trump Turned Down the Vogue Coverage -- And In The Most Trumpian Way Possible

.

First lady Dr. Jill Biden knocks Trump in Vogue profile — without even saying his name
Sarah K. Burris
June 29, 2021

"There was no real upside to living physically in the White House," Biden noted. "It's the greatest honor in the world…but there's no privacy. I think the same thing was sinking in with you about the state of the country," he said to Dr. Biden.

"During the campaign, I felt so much anxiety from people; they were scared," Dr. Biden told Vogue. "When I travel around the country now, I feel as though people can breathe again. I think that's part of the reason Joe was elected. People wanted someone to come in and heal this nation, not just from the pandemic, which I feel Joe did by, you know, getting shots in everybody's arms. But also...he's just a calmer president. He lowers the temperature."

The interview recalled the "collective trauma" that the United States has suffered through in the past several years. "and here's a calm, experienced, empathetic president, and here's a first lady who is driven, tireless, effortlessly popular, but also someone who reminds us of ourselves. She's selling a new vision for how our most fundamental institutions ought to work—infrastructure, education, public health—even as she goes to extraordinary lengths to keep a real-world job, to stay in touch with what makes her human and what matters most."

The profile from Vogue is the first of a first lady since Michelle Obama, a point of contention for former first lady Melania Trump, whose husband complained that she never graced the cover of the magazine. The reality, however, is that Mrs. Trump was offered a profile, but Mrs. Trump turned it down.

"Vogue said like, 'oh, we want to do a profile,'" Mrs. Trump was recorded saying in 2018. "'Profile? F*ck you, profile. I don't need no profile. Yeah, what I need another profile?' It might be a cover. I'm like, 'might be a cover? I don't give a f*ck about Vogue and any magazine.'"

And to think all the MAGAts are butthurt that Dr. Biden got the cover and not Melania.

linguistic ability. Why wouldn't they have had her have lunch and conversation with another countries first lady to show that off? Could it be that she only speaks he native language and broken English? I'd say that's probably it.

She has been in this country for over 20 years, she has been immersed. She claims to be fluent in 5 languages yet she can barely speak the language of the one country that she has lived in the longest and she has had every opportunity to improve her language skills and diction, but was too lazy to even try.

I know and have met immigrants who came to this country with no knowledge of English and have been here for only 5 or 10 years who could run circles around her. There is no excuse other than sheer laziness. As first lady, she should have made it a priority to work on her language skills and she did nothing but mope around the White House and whine about how mistreated she was. She and her vile husband deserve each other. I know Barron is only a minor, but with parents like that, I don't have high hopes for him.

It's amazing what you can do when you aren't lazy. She had all the money in the world to hire teachers and coaches and she still couldn't be bothered. Not even when she became the first lady.

I have met people who have moved to this country as dirt poor immigrants with no knowledge of the language who have managed to master English in a very short with none of the advantages she had. There is no excuse for her.

She really is such trash, just like her husband. I actually think they are perfect for each other.

Neither one of them has a higher, noble thought in their head. They care for nothing and nobody but themselves and are interested in nothing but their images, how much money they have and how much positive media attention they can get. They are completely soulless, vacuous, uninteresting, unintelligent, uncultured, boring people.

I just wish they would both escape to Russsia and that we would never have to see or hear from either one of them ever again.

I guess Mel thinks of it as work, an anathema to the family as we all know. And yes, the simple minded magats think she is the only First Lady with class because...hell, I don't know.. Fox said Democrats were bad?

her F bombs about Christmas. This all plays into my theory that she never had covid. It was literally days after she was on tape using Christmas and the f word in the same sentence. I found this extraordinarily too coincidental that she gets covid and is incommunicado for weeks right after this exposure. And i the whole thing died down right after she recovered.

1) not be allowed by her needy husband to ever have any kind of spotlight that overshadowed him.

2) not want to be out there in bright shining lights that might actually encourage some enterprising journalists to shine a glaring light on her sex worker past, not to mention the rather mysterious fiction behind her, and her parents, getting citizenship.
