Meredith's lawyer argued his threats weren't meant to be taken seriously; he wrote at one point: "LOL. I’m just having fun."

12. That good used to live a half block from me.

He was a problem for the whole neighborhood. He made lots of loud noise. He would go through the neighborhood reeving his motorcycle, working in his garage making a lot of racket, buzz the neighbors dogs with a drone airplane, just a general nuisance. He showed up at a BLM demonstration with an Israeli assault riffle. Fortunately the sheriff told him not to cause trouble and left a couple of deputies to keep an eye on him. He was in a rental unit and finally evicted. We were all glad to go. As I understand it, he is a poor little rich boy. If he worked it wasn't apparent. He was at home or running up and Down the street all day long.
