Reminds me of Rudy, donald and their buddy Zarrab, who used Halkbank to launder a bunch of money for Iran.

HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and other bigger fish also facilitated transactions that helped Iran evade sanctions. But they've been cast as "victim banks" by U.S. prosecutors.
