Jonathan Pentland, 42, was charged with third-degree assault today after this viral video showed him accosting and shoving a Black man in a South Carolina neighborhood, according to the Associated Press. He was listed as detained in the Richland County jail.

Never get guys like this. He has a nice life, every advantage. He is early 40s, good health, decent job gig....why on earth would he even care to waste time bothering anyone? Geez, he could be coaching youth sports, mentoring, fishing, taking an online class. Why these guys put so much of their energy into being nasty is beyond me.

Then there is the sheer stupidity. He knew he was on camera, he knew he lost his cool and was caught, and by now he certainly knew he would be found out. So why not make a course collection..."whoa, sorry man, I just have been having a bad day, lets go have an ice tea and chill out, hey whats your favorite sport?"...

I mean to act like a POS in the first place, then not even have the common sense to try to mitigate the coming damages after he knew he pushed the kid on camera.
