He's done as much damage to our democracy as any elected official and gained a lot of momentum during Bush II years. In those days I remember watching a piece, probably on 60 Minutes, which was pretty revealing. He was raised from the cradle with ideas straight from his father, who was absolutely and totally obsessed with the evil of paying taxes
