Repub AGs Want Their Tax Cuts Or Else

A letter sent by twenty one Repub state attorneys general to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen demands that she refuse to implement a provision in the American Rescue Plan which prohibits states from using $350 billion in stimulus on financing state tax cuts.

Apparently these clowns have forgotten that the SCOTUS previously ruled that the feds can indeed include binding strings to federal dollars sent to the states. I'm recalling past fights over the drinking age and speed limits.

and the states do the same for themselves. The entire conservative movement was a scam.
