Chump was in the way. His administration was trying to figure out how to make a profit on covid. Remember his pushing insane things that he and his had invested in? Don't let him even fake brag about how much he did for covid research. He was in the way all the way. He tried to keep materials, own vaccines and who knows what else. He did not speed up, invest or help with anything, and in every case he is responsible for the lack of knowledge and preparation. He lies when he takes credit for any part of the cure.
