NONE of the foreign policy discussion was a draw, if anything thats where Biden dominated, Ryan had no idea what he was talking about. What a joke.

I'd say he was in over his head almost the entire time... he caught a breath during the 'religion' crap.

Other than that he sounded whiny and said almost nothing of substance.

Biden on the other hand sounded confident, knowledgeable, and most importantly, capable of running the country should the need arise.
