First Debate: Romney: My tax plan has never been tried before.

Second Debate: Ryan: This tax plan has been tried before a couple of times.

Romney said he will not lower taxes on the rich, Ryan said (as they've said forever) that there will be an across-the-board 20% tax reduction, and I heard him say "starting with the rich."
