Joe likes to troll Trump, he'll be calling Trump a coward for not testifying and then tell Trump the only way to save his case is to defend himself at the impeachment.

I have a lot of things I don't like about Scarborough but the way he sometimes speaks to an audience of one to troll Donald isn't one of them. I find that funny.
