(561 posts)Every Rethug, everyone who voted for or supported Trump, needs to be charged with felonious sedition, conspiracy to overthrow the government, and whatever else can stick to land them behind bars in a position where they can't hurt us anymore.

(4,672 posts)so your posts to that effect are a nonsense. Please stop.
My uncle is a greedy, ignorant asshole. He voted for Trump but he also accepted the results of the election, didn't travel to the capitol or post anything supporting anyone who did. He didn't commit any crimes. So on what possible basis can you advocate arresting someone just because they voted for a different political candidate than you did? That's the kind of through the looking glass retaliatory/thought police bullshit that we usually get from Trumpists and is even more noxious coming from our side because we know better.

(18,372 posts)Please think carefully about what you're saying. You can't indict someone unless there is evidence they committed a crime, and as morally repugnant as voting for Chump seems to some of us, there's no law against it (and hence, it is not a crime).
And frankly, the day voting for the wrong guy, even someone as horrendous as Chump, becomes a crime in this country, we WILL have lost any semblance of democracy.

(69,352 posts)There's a link near the bottom of the text. I didn't click it. It may be general, too.
There's a phone number in this link specific to this event.
